ANNUAL DATA CONFIRMATION
AERIES PARENT DATA CONFIRMATION
The Lemoore Union Elementary School District uses an online process to review and update your student's demographic and contact information. You will need to complete the data confirmation prior to receiving your student's teacher assignment or class schedule.
Things to note before you get started:
You must have an Aeries PARENT portal account. Aeries student account do not have access to data confirmation.
It is highly recommended to use a computer to review and update your student's information. The platform is not compatible with smartphones.
You cannot use the Aeries App to complete the data confirmation process.

Data Confirmation Process Message
Once you are logged into the Parent Portal, a yellow Student Data Confirmation banner message on the top of the screen will ask to confirm the information about your student. Please click on “Click Here” to continue to the Data Confirmation update screen.
Data Confirmation (Information Update Tabs)
Please update each of the following tabs for your student:
Please “Confirm and Continue” each section before moving on to the next tab.
Finish and Submit Data Confirmation Updates
Once all the data confirmation update tabs have been updated, please click on the “Finish and Submit” button to finalize the data confirmation process.
If you need to update your emergency contact information at any time during the school year, log into the Aeries Parent Portal here. (You cannot update any information from the Aeries App). Go to Student info, contacts.
