PARENT ADVISORY COMMITEE (PAC)
The district has established a Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) to engage parents and community members in the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) process. The PAC will meet four times during the school year.
The meetings will be hosted by the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Chief Business Official. The primary purpose of the PAC is to gather input from parents and families, share updates on the district's LCAP, and provide a platform for parents to express their priorities for student success.
At each meeting, information about state priorities, the intended uses of funding (including supplemental and concentration funds), and drafts of the LCAP will be presented. Spanish translation will be available at all meetings to ensure accessibility for all participants.
We encourage all parents and community members to participate and help shape the future of our district’s educational programs.
