Boys soccer tryouts are on Tuesday, October 12 and Wednesday, October 13, afterschool. Students need to have a signed permission slip in order to tryout. Forms available in the front office and the media center.

We are getting ready for our first district benchmark testing of the school year. Students will be testing in their scheduled ELA classes, starting on October 4, and then continuing the following week, October 11, in their math classes. We had a great red, white, and blue day, in remembrance of 9/11. Students learned about this major event at the end of the day and even wrote letters to first responders. We hope everyone has a good weekend.
In observance of September 11, Patriot Day, students are encouraged to wear Red, White, and Blue on Friday, September 10th.

It is time once again to fill vacancies within our School Site Council. Currently, we have three openings for the position of “Parent Member.” As members of the School Site Council, parents, teachers, students, and administrators meet four times per year to discuss school programs and the necessary funding sources for implementing the Single Plan for Student Achievement.
