We are happy to announce our 7th Grade students have the opportunity to go on a field trip to Scout Island, this upcoming month. Last week, an electronic permission slip was sent out to you by your student's Advisory teacher via Parentsquare.com
Please make sure you fill out the form and submit it so that your 7th grade student has the opportunity to go and visit Scout Island with their peers. Thank you.

Our book fair continues this week until Friday. On Friday we close at 330pm.

Mr Sierze was recognized at the Excellence in Education awards last night for Teacher of the year. We are so proud of his accomplishment and his dedication to our students and staff.


Our Liberty Spring Book Fair is next week, starting April 24-28. Students are welcomed to visit during break, lunch or after-school until 4pm.
Open house is also right around the corner, on April 27, 6pm to 7pm. With performances by Jazz Band and Ukulele class. There will be food vendors on campus and the book fair will also be open. We hope to see you there.



Liberty Middle School will be having 8th grade graduation pictures on Wednesday, April 19th. They will take place during student's regularly scheduled PE classes. Proofs will be given to students at a later date and parents/guradians will be able to order online.
Also remember to save the date for the Promotion Ceremony. Our promotion ceremony will be on Wednesday, May 31st at the West Hills Event Center at 6:30pm. It will be ticketed entry only. Students that are eligible to participate will recieve their tickets a few days prior to the ceremony.
Parents that have not purchased their student's gown will need to do so as soon as possible. Students that are not eligible will recieve a refund.

Thank you to all the parents, staff, and our LUESD board for giving our 8th grade students a great trip to Fresno State and the Chaffee Zoo. They had a wonderful time seeing the every day campus life and the different animals at the zoo.





It was an amazing experience to have a CMEA Jazz Festival at Liberty. With the help of students and staff, we had a successful two day event. We hope to continue to contribute in the future.

Spring Break starts April 3rd until April 10th. School resumes on Tuesday, April 11th.

Thank you to all the parents and guardians that attended our "Sweets with Athletes" celebration this morning.
We were able to recognize our basketball, soccer, and cheer teams that played these past seasons.





Last night, we had 20 of our band members step out of their comfort zone and audition for the TKMEA Honor Jazz Band at Los Tules Middle School in Tulare. There were only 22 spots available in the band and 12 of our students were selected.
They will perform and represent our district at the TKMEA Honor Jazz Band Concert in Tulare on Saturday, April 15th. Congrats to:
