Mrs. Mathers is a valued staff member on campus. She is compassionate, dedicated, and patient. Her work transforms the lives of students and staff every day. As a school psychologist, she plays a critical role in supporting students’ emotional well being, promoting mental health, and ensuring that every child has the tools to thrive both academically and personally.

Yesterday, some of our students met with our LUESD superintendent, Mrs. Hunt. They had a thoughtful and productive discussion about next year’s cell phone policy, extracurricular activities, the nutrition program, and socio-emotional supports on campus.
We are truly thankful for their valuable input and engagement. Student voices play a vital role in shaping a school environment that reflects the needs and experiences of those it serves.
