Today, Monday, August 11th, was the first day of school for our Patriots, and it was wonderful to see all their smiling faces, excited and ready to learn. Our dedicated staff is committed to creating a safe environment where every child feels supported and cared for.
We will see our students tomorrow for a regular scheduled day, with classes ending at 3pm.
Bus Route Update
The new location for Carmel & Stinson will be Silverado Dr & Carmel Dr on the South west side. This change will be permanent starting 8/11/2025.
Your Liberty staff is ready and excited to welcome you back on Monday, August 11th ! Just a reminder, the first day of school is an early release day with school starting at 8am and ending at 1:38pm.
We can’t wait to see our amazing 8th graders return and give a big Liberty welcome to our brand new 7th graders joining us for the first time.

Mrs. Kelley Dow is now serving as our new Liberty Middle School Principal.

Today, August 6th, our entire Lemoore Union Elementary School District came together for a wonderful Welcome Back Breakfast to kick off the new school year.
We were thrilled to welcome guest speaker Jade Gordon, who delivered an inspiring message about practicing positivity throughout the year. Her words energized and motivated our staff as we prepare for the exciting year ahead.
We can’t wait to see all of our students on the first day of school, Monday, August 11th. Let’s strive for greatness this year!
We are excited to welcome several new teachers to Liberty Middle School this year: Mr. Kelly (Bridges Academy), Mr. Walle, Ms. Carrillo, Mr. Perryman, and Mr. Cota.
Even more special, some of them are proud former students of LUESD. We are honored to have them return as educators, continuing the tradition of excellence and community here at Liberty, Home of the Patriots.

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, the Liberty Front Office will be closed on Wednesday, August 6th (7:30am to 4pm) AND Thursday, August 7th (7:30am to 1pm), for staff professional development.
We are excited to invite you to our Liberty Preview Night on Thursday, August 7th, from 5 PM to 7PM!
This is a great opportunity for students and families to get familiar with campus before the school year begins. You’ll be able to meet teachers and staff, explore the campus, purchase PE clothes, spirit wear, and yearbooks.
We’ll also have a variety of food vendors on campus, including:
Avila’s Churros, Aguas Las Rancheritas, Philly’s Cheesesteaks, Neveah & Monroe Cart Co., Compadres and Elotero Abelon.

Important Update: Summer Meal Program Changes for 2025
For the summer of 2025, Lemoore Union Elementary will no longer be operating an open Summer Meal Program. However, we will continue to provide meals as part of our Summer Enrichment Program and Summer After School Program.
Under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP), we are able to offer two meals (breakfast and lunch) and an afterschool snack for children participating in these programs. Please note that we are not permitted to operate as an open site for meal distribution.

Tonight, we celebrated our 8th grade promotion ceremony. Our students did an outstanding job, and we are incredibly proud of all their hard work and growth this year. It has truly been an honor to teach and support such a remarkable group of students. They’ve inspired us with their determination, spirit, and resilience. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of being part of their journey. We wish them all the best as they head into high school and beyond.

Congratulations to our Liberty White Robe recipients! These outstanding students have shown exceptional dedication throughout the year.
