Students should also come for gown measurements. Gown purchases will be cash only.
Our Patriots had a great day today dressed as Soccer Moms or BBQ Dads today. We were so impressed with their creativity.

The Liberty jazz band traveled to Fresno today to participate in the Fresno City College jazz festival. We are so proud of them and their hard work.
After their great performance, they were treated to the Fresno City Jazz Band playing with feature Grammy award-winning trumpet player Bijon Watson.
Our 8th grade students took their graduation pictures today. Proofs with instructions for purchasing will be available in a few weeks from Garcia Sports Photography. We are so thankful for the GSP team and all their work.

There were lots of velour track suits and sunglasses today for 2000s dress up day. We hope everyone had a fun time with this theme. Tomorrow, Thursday, March 21st, is Adam Sandler dress day.

Salvador Gaytan earned a pizza lunch today with Mrs Revious. He invited his friends Brody Allen, Dante Galvan, and Jayden Eakes to join him. We are so proud of him. Congratulations.
Our Liberty winter guard performed this past weekend at Ridgeview Middle School in Visalia. They got third place with a score of 62.8. Their championships will be held at West Hills Golden Eagle Arena on Saturday, April 6.
Liberty winter percussion competed at Golden West High School. They got second place with a score of 74.0. Their championships will be held at West Hills Golden Eagle Arena on Sunday, April 7.

Today was Disney Day at Liberty. We had so many Mickey ears on campus. Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 20th, is 2000s dress up day, and we can't wait to see what the staff and students are dressed in.
Today was Hawaiian Vacation Day for Spring Dress up week. The students looked amazing in their leis and Hawaiian shirts. Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 19th will be Disney Day.
This is just a reminder that there is no school tomorrow, Friday, March 15th.
Next week, we start our State Interim Testing for Math. Please make sure your student has a charged chromebook for testing in the morning. Also, we have dress up week before spring break.
Remember that Monday, March 18th, is NOT an early out day, but Friday, March 22, is an early release day for spring break.
Congratulations to all three concert bands at Liberty Middle School. The Red, White, and Blue bands travelled to Reedley High School on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 12-13th, to perform in the CMEA Concert Band Festival.
The White and Blue Bands both received an excellent rating in both their prepared performance and sight reading.
The Red Band received a Unanimous Superior rating by receiving a superior rating in both their performance and sight reading. This is the highest rating bands can receive at a festival.
The bands (158 students) all represented Liberty Middle School and the LUESD with pride.
Thank you to our real estate agents, Debra White and Maureen Lacey, who were able to come today and present about their career to our Liberty students. The students learned so much about the profession.
This is just a reminder that graduation pictures are coming up next week for 8th grade students on Thursday, March 21. Students will be wearing a loaner gown and will be taking their photos during their regularly scheduled PE classes. A few weeks after pictures are taken, students will be given proof and purchasing information.
Thank you to all the parents, guardians, staff, and students that helped make our pancake breakfast a success. Our Liberty Bands, Choir, Winter Percussion, and Winterguard did an excellent job! We look forward to this event every year and can't thank everyone for their hard work.
We are so excited for our LUESD Pancake breakfast this Saturday, March 9th. We hope you can join us for this amazing event. All the proceeds go directly to our music programs at Liberty and throughout the district. We appreciate all the continued support of our Lemoore community.
