
Friday, December 13th, Engvall is on a Foggy Day Schedule. The cafeteria opens at 9:15am for breakfast. School starts at 9:45am. Buses will run approximately 1 1/2 hours late. Dismissal time for K-3rd grade is at 3:30pm and for 4th - 6th grade 3:35pm.

Friday, December 13 is Spirit Wear Day. Please remind your child to wear Roadrunner spirit wear or GREEN and YELLOW. The winning class will be announded on Monday, December 16 during our flag ceremony.

Friday, November 22 all students are dismissed from school at 1:25pm to begin the Thanksgiving Week Holiday. We hope each Engvall family has a Happy Thanksgiving.


Engvall kindergarten students performed "Pumpkin Pie" during the Monday Flag Ceremony. They did a wonderful job.


Tuesday, November 12 and Wednesday, November 13 are early out for Parent Conferences. All students are dismissed from school at 1:25pm.
Thursday, November 14 and Friday, November 15 are regular dismissal days.

We at Engvall would like to honor Officer Jonathan Diaz this coming Friday, November 15, for the dedication he showed to both our community and to the youth of Lemoore. We encourage students, staff, and parents to wear BLUE in recognition of his exceptional service.

October 31 students are encouraged to wear ORANGE and BLACK to school. Costumes are not permitted at school.


November 1st is a District Holiday. Students will not have school that day; teachers will be participating in professional development. Enjoy your 3 day weekend.


Engvall students dressed in red on Monday and made the shape of the Red Ribbon to kick off Red Ribbon Week. Thank you to LVF and LPD for participating in the school wide photograph.


Lemoore Police Department participated in Red Ribbon Week activities at Engvall by demonstrating the skills of their K-9, Diesel. Students enjoyed the demonstration.


Red Ribbon Week pajama day and plaid day were a great success. Students and staff dressed up to show their support for being DRUG FREE.



Red Ribbon Week kick off ceremony was a great success Monday. Superientendent, Cheryl Hunt spoke to all of our Roadrunners about the importance of making good choices and being drug free. Lemoore Volunteer Fire Department and Lemoore Police Department also attended our ceremony.

Engvall's fundraiser items will be arriving soon. You can pick up the items you sold on October 30 from 2:30pm to 5:30pm in the Engvall cafeteria.

Engvall Fall Carnival, Friday, October 25th from 5:30pm-8:00pm. Please wear your Halloween costume to the event.

Mrs. Brown's 1st grade students enjoyed today's Monday Flag Ceremony because they got to Silly String Mrs. Brown, Mrs. Fagundes, and Ms. Coughlin. Mrs. Brown's class had the highest percentage of spirit wear or green/yellow worn on Friday. Every Friday is Spirit Wear Day.

Friday, September 6th, is school spirit day. Students can wear a GREEN or YELLOW t-shirt or a spirit wear t-shirt to school. Every Friday will be school spirit day.

Engvall would like to welcome Jessica Coughlin to our staff. She is the Learning Coordinator at Engvall Elementary.
